Our products are hand-crafted. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and fulfillment.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please email us at contact@still-lily.com. After this time, cancellations are no longer available.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
